We're Hiring! Creative Writers

Birch Jewellery is in search of creative writers to contribute to our brand's blog. This is a freelance, remote gig, ideal for someone looking to build their portfolio.

We're looking to beef up the blog with creative posts that fall under the following categories:

• How-To and Tips – think caring for jewellery, storage, choosing the right piece
• Gift Guides – seasonal and geared towards specific occasions like weddings, birthdays, etc.
• Horoscopes – picking the right earrings/necklace/style/colour based on your sign
• Other jewellery-related topics – we're open to pitches!

PAY – $20 per post (300-500 words)

LOCATION – The work can be done remotely but our brand is based in Canada so you'd need to be mindful of proper spelling and references.

SKILLS – This is an ideal position for a budding writer who is looking to grow their portfolio. We're not picky about your educational background, you just need to be passionate about your work and open to feedback.

NICE-TO-HAVE – It would be really great if you have a passion for handmade goods, supporting local and jewellery/accessories, too. Any experience with SEO is an asset.
