Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense. Once we receive the item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a refund for your purchase, less the original shipping costs.
Personalized Products:
All custom orders and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Pierced Earrings:
For hygiene reasons, all pierced earrings are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Other Products:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.
- In their original condition with tags still attached (if applicable).
- Packaged in all original materials, including the box and/or pouch provided.
Third-Party Purchases:
Items purchased through third-party vendors (outside of birchjewellery.com) must be returned directly through the company where the purchase was made.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for any of our pieces. However, you are welcome to return an item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Coupon Code Policy
- Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
- Coupon codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after the order is placed.
- The following items are excluded from coupon code discounts:
- Gift cards.
- Gift sets/boxes.
- Already discounted merchandise.
