With our Custom Keepsake Service, your photo is carefully resized, professionally printed, and permanently sealed inside your locket with a clear protective resin.

Clear, well-lit images with good resolution produce the most beautiful results. But your photo will be teeny tiny inside the locket, so don't overthink it!
Yes. You may select colour or timeless black & white during customization.
Because the image is permanently sealed with resin, it cannot be removed or replaced once set.

Customization time falls under our standard 3-5 business processing time. You will have multiple shipping options at checkout for faster delivery; however, the time we take to carefully make each order does not change.
Your necklace will arrive securely displayed on a 2.5" Birch Jewellery card and placed in a cotton pouch. You may select to add a gift box during customization.
For purchases made from our shop, yes. However, we are currently not accepting custom pieces. Since the process is permanent, any error could damage your precious piece and be irreversible. At least with our own, we can replace the components. Please get in touch if you'd like to add photos to a previous Birch Jewellery purchase.
