Shipping policy
Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has ended the de minimis exemption on imports. This change adds new customs fees of up to $80 USD per item on parcels shipped through Canada Post — often costing more than the jewellery itself.
Because of this, I have paused shipping to the U.S. until further notice.
If you prefer to shop locally, we encourage you to check out our Stockists page to find U.S. retailers that carry our collection.

PROCESSING TIME
*Due to an incredible influx of holiday orders, we're working as quickly as possible to process and ship orders; however, there will be a delay of 5+ business days for processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding!*
Each piece of jewellery is made to order and will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Be sure to consider this additional processing time when estimating your delivery date.
SHIPPING SERVICES & FEES
All orders ship tracked and insured through Canada Post. All Canadian orders over CA$99 qualify for free tracked shipping. All other orders below this subtotal ship for a flat rate of CA$10 in Ontario and Quebec, or Canada Post calculated rates for all other locations (subject to change).
LOCAL PICKUP (OTTAWA AREA)
We offer contact-free local pickup from our home base in Carlsbad Springs, Ontario. Once your order is ready (within 1-3 business days), you will receive an email with a link to select your pickup time.
Please note:
- The pickup location is our home, not a retail store.
- We kindly ask that you follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
Select Local Pickup as your delivery method during checkout.
LATE DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do everything possible to ensure a smooth shipping process, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit. Rest assured, all shipments include tracking so you can monitor your package’s journey.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- We are unable to refund shipping costs.
- If you return an item for a refund, we will gladly refund the item amount, less shipping.
- Orders that arrive later than the estimated timeframe are not eligible for refunds.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We pack and ship every order with care, but once your parcel is in transit, the courier assumes responsibility for its journey.
- Tracked Packages: If your tracked package is lost or stolen, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue, including issuing a refund or replacement if necessary.
- Untracked Packages: We are unable to offer replacements for untracked packages.
We are not responsible for:
- Parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Deliveries to temporary accommodations, such as hotels or short-term stays.
