Shipping Policy

Below is an outline of our shipping policies. Please carefully read this information before placing your order and get in touch if you have any questions. 

Processing Time

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days, which is the time it takes to assemble and pack your order before it is dispatched. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please take this additional time into consideration when calculating when your order is estimated to arrive. 

COVID-19 Update

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post has experienced a significant increase in mail volumes and is experiencing extraordinary delays. 

While we are dispatching orders quickly, delivery delays are possible and beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a certain date. Any timeframes stated are simply estimations.

Holiday Shipping

As of Monday, November 9, all orders will include tracking. This is to provide both of us with peace of mind while shopping for the holidays.

Our holiday shipping cutoff (when we are estimating will be your final day to order in time for December 24) is Sunday, December 6. Based on delays due to COVID-19, any orders placed after this date will likely not make it in time for Christmas.

We will be offering local pickup from our home studio in Ottawa until Sunday, December 20.

Local Pickup 

We happily offer local pickup from our home studio in Ottawa, Ontario. You will be able to select Local Pickup as a delivery method during checkout. Once your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Due to our location, we are unable to offer a contactless exchange but will meet you outside of our building for a safe send-off.

We reserve the right to pause our local pickup offering at any time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.

US & International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We assume no responsibility for delays due to customs or inspection while crossing the border. 

Refunds

We do not, in any circumstance, offer refunds on shipping. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will only refund the item amount, less shipping. Orders that are past the expected delivery date are not subject to a refund. Once your order is shipped, the timeframe in which it will arrive is entirely out of our control.
