COVID-19

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and increase in online sales, Canada Post is experiencing extraordinary delays. While we are dispatching orders quickly, delivery delays are possible and beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a certain date. Any timeframes stated are simply estimations.

Processing Time

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days, which is the time it takes to assemble and pack your order before it is dispatched. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Please take this additional time into consideration when calculating when your order is estimated to arrive. 

Canadian Orders

Our $5 flat-rate shipping option is shipped via Lettermail and does not include tracking. This shipping method takes approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive in most urban centres. You may choose a tracked option at checkout (Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority). Orders over $100 ship free via Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking.

US & International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We assume no responsibility for delays due to customs or inspection while crossing the border. 

Shipping Refunds

We do not, in any circumstance, offer refunds on shipping. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will only refund the item amount, less shipping. Orders that are past the expected delivery date are not subject to a refund. Once your order is shipped, the timeframe in which it will arrive is entirely out of our control. 

Local Pickup - Ottawa, ON

We are happy to offer contactless pickup from our home studio in Carlsbad Springs, ON, a short 15-minute drive from downtown Ottawa. You will have the option to choose local pickup as your delivery method at checkout and will receive information on scheduling your pickup via email once your order is ready.

Local Delivery - Ottawa, ON

We are currently piloting local delivery within the Ottawa area. Should you be within our delivery radius, you will see the option to select Local Delivery at checkout for a flat rate of $10.

At this time, we are not delivering to apartments, condos or buildings. It comes down to our safety and comfort level and we ask that you kindly respect this decision. Should you disregard this, we will cancel your order or invoice you for the shipping costs.

Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you order is placed on one of our delivery days, it will be pushed to the following date (no same-day deliveries).

All deliveries will remain contactless, meaning we will leave your order outside of your home or in a designated drop-off spot. You will have the opportunity to leave us a brief note with instructions on where to leave your order, such as in the mailbox or at the front door.

Once we've on our way, you will receive an email notification, and again once it has been dropped off. We will not be ringing doorbells or knocking so keep an eye out for this notice and collect your order ASAP to avoid the risk of damage and theft.

By using our local delivery service, you assume all responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. With that said, if there is an issue with your delivery, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
