Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post has experienced a significant increase in mail volumes and has advised that parcels will be delayed. While we are dispatching orders quickly, delivery delays are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a certain date. All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days, which is the time it takes to assemble and pack your order before it is dispatched. Please take this additional time into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
Canadian Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee for orders across Canada. This comes untracked and takes approximately 10-15 business days to arrive. Note that some larger items in our collection, including all gift wrapped orders are not eligible for this shipping method. We ask that you purchase the next available rate, which includes tracking and insurance. Orders over $100 automatically include tracking and do not require you to purchase an upgrade.
If you would like to add tracking to your order, you may choose to purchase an upgrade at checkout. These delivery methods provide peace of mind with the ability to track and receive your order quicker than regular mail, however, with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and significant delays in mail delivery, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the quoted timeframe — these are simply estimations and are not guaranteed.
If you are in a pinch and need your order by a certain date, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can provide a more accurate estimate for when your order is likely to arrive. Once your order has shipped, the timeframe in which it will arrive is entirely out of our control.
Free Shipping Over $100
Canadian orders over $100 ship free via Expedited parcel, which includes tracking. This method takes approximately 5-10 business days to arrive in most urban centres. If you require a shipping upgrade, such as Xpresspost or Priority, we kindly ask that you purchase an upgrade at checkout.
US & International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We assume no responsibility for delays due to customs or inspection while crossing the border.
We do not, in any circumstance, offer refunds on shipping. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will only refund the item amount, less shipping. Orders that are past the expected delivery date are not subject to a refund. Once your order is shipped, the timeframe in which it will arrive is entirely out of our control.
Due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in Ottawa, as of Monday, September 21, we have temporarily paused local pickup from our home studio. We are not able to offer contactless delivery at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
