Shipping Update: What To Expect During COVID-19

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, on March 18, Canada Post suspended on-time delivery guarantees for all parcel services until further notice. What this means is that any parcel shipped with or without tracking, no matter the urgency, is not guaranteed to arrive within the normal delivery timeframe.

We have experienced these delays firsthand both as consumers and as a business and understand how frustrating they can be. So, in an effort to be transparent, we're sharing some insight on what to expect when placing an order with us online.

As of June 21, we have resumed local pickup at our home studio in Ottawa, Ontario. During checkout, you will have the option to select your delivery method. Once your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Due to our location, we are unable to offer a contactless exchange but will meet you outside of our building for a safe send-off.


As always, we are happy to offer free untracked shipping across Canada, however, throughout the month of May, we experienced delays of up to 6-8 weeks, including delivery within Ottawa. Now in mid-June, we have found that parcels are arriving within a maximum 2-4 timeframe, but ask that you please expect delays beyond the norm if you select this economical method.

These delivery methods provide peace of mind with the ability to track and receive your order much quicker. If you are not prepared to wait up to eight weeks to receive your order via our free shipping option, we strongly recommend purchasing a shipping upgrade at checkout or contacting us ASAP to purchase an upgrade for an existing order (before it ships, of course).

The bottom line, folks, is that we are all in this together, and while waiting for our beautiful jewellery to arrive can be daunting, we appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging circumstances.
